Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 2 c. ripe mangoes
- 1/2 c. shredded coconut
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. walnuts
Directions

1Sift flour, cinnamon, salt, sugar and baking soda together in a large bowl.

2Then add the eggs, margarine, mangoes, coconut, salad oil, raisins and walnuts.

3Mix all ingredients together. Pour into four small loaf pans.

4Let stand for 20 minutes.

5Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.

6Store in refrigerator.
