- 2 (6-inch) flour tortillas
- 1 tsp. cinnamon-sugar, divided
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla yogurt (optional)
- 1/2 c. chunky applesauce, divided
- 1/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Place one tortilla on ungreased baking sheet.

3Spread half applesauce over tortilla; reserve half for garnish.

4Sprinkle half of cinnamon-sugar over applesauce.

5Top with cheese and second tortilla.

6Sprinkle remaining cinnamon-sugar on top.

7Bake at 400° for 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.

8Cool 2 minutes.

9Cut into quarters and serve with reserved applesauce and vanilla yogurt.
