  • 2 (6-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon-sugar, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla yogurt (optional)
  • 1/2 c. chunky applesauce, divided
  • 1/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Place one tortilla on ungreased baking sheet.

    Spread half applesauce over tortilla; reserve half for garnish.

    Sprinkle half of cinnamon-sugar over applesauce.

    Top with cheese and second tortilla.

    Sprinkle remaining cinnamon-sugar on top.

    Bake at 400° for 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.

    Cool 2 minutes.
