  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
  • 1/2 c. red hots
  • 2 c. unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin and red hots in 3 cups boiling water, stirring until they dissolve.

    Stir in applesauce, lemon juice and salt.

    Chill until set in an 8 x 8 x 1 1/2-inch pan or mold.
