Cinnamon Bubbly Rolls

  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar (1/4 c. + 2 Tbsp.)
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 3 small cans flaky biscuits, or one large can
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter (3/4 c.)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon

    Preheat oven to 350°. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a large plastic bag. Cut biscuits into quarters, put them in the bag, and shake well to coat. Spray a large tube pan with cooking spray. Put a couple of small pieces of butter around, then sprinkle with nuts. Pile biscuits pieces into the pan. Meanwhile, mix butter, sugar and cinnamon in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over biscuits and bake at 350° for 35 minutes or so. Put a large serving platter over the pan and invert the biscuits to serve.
