- 2 loaves frozen bread, thawed
- 1 c. packed dark brown sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 large box regular vanilla pudding
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 c. raisins (optional)
Directions

1Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.

2Layer nuts and raisins on bottom. Break 1 thawed loaf into pieces evenly over raisins and nuts. Melt margarine, sugar, milk and pudding in pan.

3Pour over bread. Sprinkle on cinnamon.

4Break second loaf and fill in all spaces covering nuts and raisins.

5Cover with towel and let raise 2 to 3 hours.

6Bake at 325° for 1/2 to 3/4 hour.

7Invert immediately to cool.

8(Put waxed paper under rack to catch syrup.)
