  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 box instant coconut pudding
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. sugar

Directions

    Mix the first 5 ingredients together until blended.

    Mix the pecans, cinnamon and sugar.

    Spread half of batter in a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Top with 1/2 sugar mixture, then remaining batter and rest of sugar mixture.

    Swirl through with knife like marble cake.

    Bake at 350° for about 35 to 40 minutes. Freezes well.
