- 3 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. cinnamon flavoring
- powdered sugar (optional)
Directions

1Mix first 3 ingredients in a large saucepan.

2Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves.

3Boil, without stirring, until temperature reaches 310° or until drops of syrup form hard, brittle threads in cold water.

4Remove from heat after boiling has ceased.

5Stir in cinnamon flavoring and coloring.
