- 3 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. cinnamon oil
- 1/4 tsp. red food coloring
- 1 box powdered sugar
Directions

1Spread powdered sugar on foil, heavily.

2In large pan, mix sugar, syrup and water.

3Stir over medium heat until it dissolves and comes to a boil.

4Let cool for about 10 minutes.

5Remove from stove and add cinnamon and food coloring.

6Pour on foil and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

7Let cool.

8Crack into pieces and store in airtight container.
