- 2 c. apple juice
- 4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. margarine
- 1/3 c. cinnamon candies (red hots)
- 1 box liquid pectin (both pouches)
Directions

1Wash and sterilize canning jars and lids.

2In a large, heavy saucepan, combine juice and sugar; stir well with a metal spoon. Add margarine and candies.

3Bring to a rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly.

4Stir in liquid pectin.

5Return to the rolling boil, stirring constantly, and boil for 1 minute.

6Remove from the heat; skim off foam.

7Fill the jars to within 1/4 inch of top.

8Wipe the jar rims and seal jars.

9Turn jars upside-down for 5 minutes, then turn right-side up.
