- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 lb. pecan halves
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Heat oven to 300°.

2Beat egg white in 1-quart bowl until stiff.

3Fold water and pecans into egg white.

4Combine sugar, salt and cinnamon.

5Sprinkle over pecan mixture.

6Mix well.

7Spread on nonstick or foil-lined cookie sheet.

8Bake at 300° for 30 minutes. Stir to separate pecans.
