  • 1 egg white
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 lb. pecan halves
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

    Heat oven to 300°.

    Beat egg white in 1-quart bowl until stiff.

    Fold water and pecans into egg white.

    Combine sugar, salt and cinnamon.

    Sprinkle over pecan mixture.

    Mix well.

    Spread on nonstick or foil-lined cookie sheet.

    Bake at 300° for 30 minutes. Stir to separate pecans.
