  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. white corn syrup
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon oil
  • 1 tsp. red food coloring
  • powdered sugar

Directions

    Combine first 3 ingredients; bring to boil and keep boiling until temperature on candy thermometer reaches 300°. Remove from heat and add oil and food coloring. Pour onto cookie sheet; let set until hard and cool. Break into pieces with knife and dip into powdered sugar.
