Cinnamon Honey Compound Butter

  • 3/4 cup salted butter, room temperature
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 mold to hold butter, found in most craft stores

Directions

    In bowl cream butter, honey and cinnamon and sugar.

    Spread butter firmly into molds.
  3. 3
    Chill butter for several hours.
  4. 4
    Remove butter from molds and store in an airtight container using wax paper in between layers of butter pats.
  5. 5
    To use, just remove the amount you need a few minutes before putting on toast so it softens a bit.
