Cinnamon Latte

  • 6 cups brewed coffee, double strength (see Note)
  • 2 cups half-and-half cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 cinnamon sticks, plus additional for garnish
  • whipped cream

Directions

    Blend coffee, half-and-half, sugar, and vanilla in a slow cooker.

    Add cinnamon sticks.

    Cover; cook on high for 3 hours.

    Remove cinnamon sticks.

    Serve latte in tall coffee mugs with dollop of whipped cream and cinammon sticks if desired.

    NOTE: Double the amount of coffee grounds normally used to brew coffee, or substitute 8 teaspoons instant coffee dissolved in 6 cups boiling water.
