Cinnamon-Nut Coffee Cake

  • 1 box yellow cake mix (without pudding)
  • 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 small box butterscotch pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)

Directions

    Beat cake mix, vanilla pudding, butterscotch pudding, eggs, oil and water for 10 minutes.

    Pour 1/2 batter in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix sugar, cinnamon and nuts.

    Mix 1/2 of second mixture through batter with a knife.

    Pour remaining batter over top. Swirl rest of second mixture through batter.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
