   No baking and simple for kids.

   Mix 3/4 cup applesauce with 4 (12 ounce) ground cinnamon for stiff dough.

   Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness.

   Cut with cookie cutters.

   Make hole for ribbon.

   Put on rack to dry.

   Let air dry several days, turning occasionally. Makes 12.
