Cinnamon Pecans

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together except pecans.

    Bring mixture to a boil in a stainless steel frying pan.
  3. 3
    Once mixture begins to boil, add pecans and stir continuously until pecans soak up water and cinnamon.

    Pour out onto waxed paper on table top and separate pecans until cool.
