- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 None egg, lightly beaten
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line 2 baking pans with parchment paper.

2Reserve 1 tbsp sugar. Combine remaining sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Sprinkle on pastry sheets. Roll up one side of pastry to center. Roll up other side to center to make a butterfly shape. Repeat with remaining pastry sheet.

3Working quickly, brush pastry with egg and roll in reserved sugar. Cut rolls into 1/4-inch slices. Place on prepared pans.

4Bake for 8-10 mins, until puffed and golden. Serve warm.
