  • 1 (16 oz.) can solid pack plain pumpkin
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. half and half
  • 2 Tbsp. dark molasses
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. allspice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

    Beat eggs with wire whisk to blend well.

    Add remaining ingredients; beat until thoroughly blended and smooth.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake 15 minutes at 425°, then bake 35 minutes at 350° until filling is set in center and slightly puffed.
