- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. quick oats
- Raisin Filling
- Cinnamon Icing
Directions

1Cream the butter and sugar.

2Sift dry ingredients.

3Stir into creamed mixture.

4Add oats and 1 tablespoon of water.

5Mix until crumbly; firmly pat half into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

6Spread with Raisin Filling.

7Mix remaining crumbs with 1 tablespoon of water; spoon over filling.

8Pat smooth.

9Bake in a 350° oven for 35 minutes.

10Cool.

11Drizzle with Cinnamon Icing.
