  • 2 1/2 c. Bisquick or 2 1/2 c. flour and 1/2 c. shortening
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2/3 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. warm water
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix Bisquick, raisins, milk, sugar and cinnamon.

    Roll out and cut with a biscuit cutter.

    Bake at 500° until light brown.

    Make vanilla glaze by mixing powdered sugar, water and vanilla.

    Spread on warm biscuits.
