- 3 Tbsp. chilled stick margarine, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 3/4 c. 1% low-fat milk
- 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. 1% low-fat milk
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; cut in margarine with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
