- 1 c. juice (apple or orange)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- dash of nutmeg
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1 Tbsp. butter or oil
Directions

1Heat skillet and add butter or oil.

2Saute carrots for 10 minutes.

3Add juice, spices and raisins.

4Cover and simmer until carrots are tender and most of the juice is absorbed.
