Ingredients: 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained; 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can cream-style corn; 1 (8 1/2 ounce) package cornbread mix (I use Jiffy); 1 egg; 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, melted; 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder; 1/4 teaspoon paprika; 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper or 1/4 teaspoon chili powder

Bake, uncovered, at 400°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until the top and edges are golden brown.
