- 3 egg whites, room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 cups pecan halves
- 12 cup butter, melted
Directions

1Line a 15x10 cookie sheet with sides with aluminum foil.

2In large bowl, whisk egg whites till very foamy.

3Whisk in the sugar and cinnamon.

4Fold in nuts till well mixed.

5Pour melted butter on cookie sheet then spread nuts evenly over the butter.

6Bake at 325 for 30 minutes, stirring well after each 10 minutes.

7Be careful to stir well so nuts do not burn.

8Cool before serving.

9Store in an air tight container.
