Cinnamon Roll-Ups

  • 1 loaf bread, decrusted
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 c. sugar, mixed with 1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Use rolling pin and flatten each slice of decrusted bread. Spread each slice with cream cheese.

    Roll up and take each roll and roll in melted margarine.

    Then roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

    These can be made ahead and frozen.
