- 1 pkg. yeast
- 2 to 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 c. warm milk
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- dash of salt
- 1 beaten egg
- 3 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in milk.

2Add 1/4 cup of butter, 3 tablespoons of sugar and salt.

3Beat in almost 2 cups of flour gradually, keeping mixture satiny.

4Add flour as needed. Cover dough; let rise 30 minutes or until doubled.
