  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
  • 2 pkg. or Tbsp. yeast
  • 1 c. milk
  • 7 c. all-purpose flour

Directions

    Beat eggs.

    Add melted oleo, sugar and salt.

    Scald the milk and cool partly.

    When yeast has dissolved in the warm water, add milk to it, then add to egg mixture.

    Beat with beater.

    Add 3 cups flour; beat again.

    Now, I take a spoon and mix the rest of the flour in.

    Let rise until double.

    Roll out and spread with sugar and cinnamon.

    Cut and make into rolls.

    Let rise until double again.

    Bake at 350° until done.

    Grease top with butter, then frost.
