Ingredients
- 5 c. flour
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 3/4 c. warm milk
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
Directions

1In large bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar and shortening.

2In small bowl, beat eggs and milk together.

3Add the warm water to the yeast, then add the milk, eggs and the yeast mixture to the dry ingredients and work until the liquids are absorbed and the dough is no longer tacky.

4Place in a greased bowl and slightly grease top of dough.

5Let rise in warm place at least 1 hour. Punch down and at once, make into cinnamon rolls by rolling out dough.

6Brush with oleo and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.

7Roll and slice in greased pan.

8Let rise 35 minutes.

9Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
