Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. warm water
  • 3 Tbsp. dry yeast
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 9 to 10 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 lb. butter, melted
  • cinnamon
  • brown sugar

Directions

    Mix flour (enough so dough does not stick to fingers), sugar, salt and beaten eggs.

    Roll out as soon as it is mixed up.

    When you roll out the dough, spread with butter, cinnamon and brown sugar.

    Roll them up and cut about 1/2 inch or more thick.

    Let rise and bake at 350°.
