- 1 14 graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 5 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 (14 ounce) caneagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 12 cup freshly squeezed key lime juice
- 2 tablespoons key lime zest, finely grated
- 4 egg whites
- 3 tablespoons sugar
Directions

1CRUST: In a bowl, mix graham crumbs, sugar and melted butter.

2Press into a 9-inch pan.

3FILLING: Using an electric mixer, mix the yolks, Eagle Brand, Key lime juice and zest, until thickened.

4Pour into the pie shell and refrigerate overnight until set.

5MERINGUE: Whisk eggs and sugar to a stiff peak.

6Spoon or pipe on the pie and bake in a preheated 350F oven for about 12 minutes, or until golden brown.

7Leave to cool on a rack, then refrigerate.
