Cinnamon Rolls

- 1 3/4 c. lukewarm water
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 6 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. soft margarine
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Add sugar and half of the flour.

3Mix by hand.

4Add egg, butter and rest of flour.

5Cover and let rise.

6Punch down and make into rolls.

7Do not knead. Roll out as for jelly roll.

8Brush with margarine (about 1/4 cup). Generously sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.

9Roll and slice. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.

10Cool.
