- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (without pudding)
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 5 c. flour
- 2 1/2 c. hot water (150~)
- 2 c. raisins (optional)
Directions

1Mix cake mix, yeast and flour together well.

2Stir 2 1/2 cups hot water, let rise until double in size.

3Cut dough in half. Take first half and roll into rectangle on floured surface. Spread with melted oleo.

4Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and raisins, if desired.

5Roll in jelly roll fashion and cut into 2-inch slices.

6Place on baking sheet, cut side down.

7Repeat with second half.

8Let rise in baking pan until double.

9Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.

10Let cool 5 minutes.
