Cinnamon Rolls With Cake Mix

- 2 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/3 c. oil
- 5 1/4 c. flour
- soft margarine
- sugar and cinnamon
Directions

1Soften yeast in warm water in mixing bowl.

2Add cake mix, 1 cup flour, eggs, oil and salt.

3Beat on low speed to blend. Slowly add 5 1/4 cups flour to make a soft, but workable, dough. Knead for 10 minutes on a floured surface.

4Place in a greased bowl to rise until double.

5Turn out of bowl on floured surface and roll to 1/4-inch thickness.

6Spread with melted butter. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

7Roll up loosely and cut in 1-inch thick slices and place cut side down in greased baking pan. Let rise until double.

8Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes.

9Frost if desired.
