- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. yellow or white cornmeal
- 2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 large acorn squash, cut crosswise into 1/2 inch slices and seeded
- 1/3 c. margarine, melted
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Mix brown sugar, milk and egg.

3Mix bread crumbs, cornmeal and cinnamon.

4Dip squash into egg mixture and coat with bread crumbs.

5Place in ungreased baking pan.

6Drizzle with margarine.

7Bake 30 to 35 minutes until soft.
