- 2 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 2-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup ground cinnamon

1In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour and cinnamon; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until easy to handle.
