- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. oleo
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 1/2 c. flour (about)
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 10x sugar
- milk
Directions

1Scald milk, sugar, salt and oleo.

2Cool to lukewarm.

3Measure water in large bowl.

4Dissolve yeast; add milk mixture, eggs and 1/2 of flour.

5Beat until smooth; add rest of flour to make slightly stiff dough.

6Knead on floured board about 8 minutes. Place in greased bowl; let rise 1 hour.

7Punch down.

8Roll out in rectangle.

9Spread with 1/4 oleo; sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and 1 to 2 teaspoons cinnamon.

10Roll up like jelly roll, then cut into 1-inch slices.

11Let rise for 1 hour.

12Bake at 375° for 20 minutes. Frost with 10x sugar and milk.
