  • 2 whole Vanilla Pods
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Ground Cinnamon

    Note: Time does not include 5-7 days of storing before using.

    Slice vanilla pods down the center and, with a knife, scrape off vanilla flesh (some call it caviar). Set aside. Keep empty vanilla pods.

    In a large airtight jar or container, add sugar, vanilla flesh, pods, and ground cinnamon. Secure lid and shake vigorously. Set in a dry, cool location for 5-7 days. After that time, remove pods, sift sugar over a bowl, and return cinnamon-vanilla sugar to a clear jar or container.
