  • 1 whole Vanilla Bean, Split Lengthwise
  • 4 Tablespoons White Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
  • 1/4 cups Coconut Oil
  • 3/4 cups White Popping Corn
  • Popcorn Salt, To Taste

Directions

    Split your vanilla bean, combine sugar and cinnamon, and set both aside.

    Melt butter over low heat while the corn is popping.

    Heat coconut oil in a large pot over medium-high or high heat for a minute.

    Add one kernel of popcorn to the oil.

    When the kernel pops, pour in the remaining popcorn and the vanilla bean.

    Place a lid on the pot, and shake gently until the corn starts to pop.

    Shake vigorously until the popping subsides.

    Remove from the heat, and pour into a large bowl.

    Remove the vanilla bean from the corn.

    Stir butter, cinnamon sugar, and salt into the popped corn until evenly coated.
