- 1 whole Vanilla Bean, Split Lengthwise
- 4 Tablespoons White Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 3 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
- 1/4 cups Coconut Oil
- 3/4 cups White Popping Corn
- Popcorn Salt, To Taste
Directions

1Split your vanilla bean, combine sugar and cinnamon, and set both aside.

2Melt butter over low heat while the corn is popping.

3Heat coconut oil in a large pot over medium-high or high heat for a minute.

4Add one kernel of popcorn to the oil.

5When the kernel pops, pour in the remaining popcorn and the vanilla bean.

6Place a lid on the pot, and shake gently until the corn starts to pop.

7Shake vigorously until the popping subsides.

8Remove from the heat, and pour into a large bowl.

9Remove the vanilla bean from the corn.

10Stir butter, cinnamon sugar, and salt into the popped corn until evenly coated.
