  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon White Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Golden Brown Sugar
  • 3 whole Eggs
  • 4 Tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 2 cups Low-fat Buttermilk

Directions

    In a medium-sized bowl, mix your flour, baking powder and soda, cinnamon, salt and sugars.

    In another bowl beat together the eggs and melted butter, then add the buttermilk.

    Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir until combined.

    Allow to rest for 5 minutes.
