Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh or frozen fish fillets
- 3/4 c. chopped green onion
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. red wine
- 3 Tbsp. snipped parsley
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, rinsed and drained
- dash of black pepper
Directions

1Thaw fish if frozen.

2Cut fish into 1-inch pieces.

3In a large saucepan, cook green onion, onion and garlic in hot oil until tender.

4Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, wine, parsley, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.

5Bring to boiling, then reduce heat. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.

6Add fish, shrimp and undrained clams.

7Bring just to boiling, then reduce heat.

8Cover and simmer 5 to 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

9This stew is delicious on its own or over rice.

10Serve with salad and warm bread.
