- 1/2 cups Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 1/4 cups Butter
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 envelope Onion Soup Mix
- 1 can Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Water
Directions

1Thread meat onto skewers.

2Combine flour, garlic salt and pepper in bag.

3Add skewers and shake until covered with flour mixture.

4In large skillet, heat butter and oil over medium heat.
