  • 2 pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken (cubed)
  • 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1/4 cups Butter
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 envelope Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 can Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Water

Directions

    Thread meat onto skewers.

    Combine flour, garlic salt and pepper in bag.

    Add skewers and shake until covered with flour mixture.

    In large skillet, heat butter and oil over medium heat.

    Brown kabobs, turning frequently.

    Sprinkle with soup mix.
