- 1.5 oz. kampyo
- 5 large shiitake
- 3 chicken breasts
- 1 small can takenoko
- 4 good sized gobo
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
Directions

1Wash and then soak the mochi-gome for 8 hours.

2Soak kampyo and shiitake for 1 hour.

3Cut up chicken into small pieces, also the takenoko, gobo, kampyo and shiitake.
