Chicken Okowa

  • 5 c. mochi-gome (mochi rice)
  • 1.5 oz. kampyo
  • 5 large shiitake
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 small can takenoko
  • 4 good sized gobo
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce

Directions

    Wash and then soak the mochi-gome for 8 hours.

    Soak kampyo and shiitake for 1 hour.
  3. 3
    Cut up chicken into small pieces, also the takenoko, gobo, kampyo and shiitake.
