- 3 (7 oz.) cans minced clams (may add an extra one)
- 2 c. milk
- 9 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 9 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- salt and pepper
- buttered bread crumbs
Directions

1Drain liquid from clams and measure.

2Add enough milk to make 3 cups.

3Melt butter.

4Add flour and blend until smooth.

5Add liquid and cook over slow heat until boiling, stirring constantly.

6Add clams and corn.

7Season with salt and pepper and onion.

8Pour into shallow casserole and cover with crumbs.

9Bake in 350° oven about 15 minutes or until bubbly and brown.

10Makes 6 servings.
