Clam And Spinach Pasta

Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 shallots
- 1 medium onion
- 1 box frozen spinach
- 3 plum tomatoes
- 2 cans chopped clams (6.5 oz. each)
- 1 bottle clam juice
- 1 1/5 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions

1Chop garlic, shallots and onion, sauteed in olive oil about 5 minutes.

2Defrost spinach (can be done in microwave).

3Drain spinach in a strainer and saute with the garlic, etc.

4Chop tomatoes and toss in with mixture being sauteed.

5About 5 minutes before serving, add clams and clam juice.

6Serve over your choice of pasta.

7A little red pepper is a nice addition if you like it spicy and hot.
