- 2 cans minced clams
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 3 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- paprika and Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Simmer clams with its juice in lemon juice 10 minutes; set aside.

2Melt margarine, then add dry ingredients.

3Mix with clams and place in 7-inch Corning Ware pan.

4Put paprika and cheese on top.

5Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

6Serve with Waverly crackers.
