  • 1 c. green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 3 boxes crushed Uneeda crackers
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce
  • 3 (8 oz.) cans minced clams (reserve juice from 2 of the cans)
  • 2 sticks butter, melted

    Combine all ingredients and mix well. Form into 1-inch balls.
