- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. clam broth
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. minced clams (more or less) to taste
Directions

1Sift dry ingredients together.

2In separate bowl, beat eggs. Add broth and milk.

3Add to dry ingredients, blending just until liquid is absorbed.

4Stir in clams and drop by spoonfuls into hot fat (365°) and fry until golden, turning once.
