- 1 can minced clams (save clam juice)
- 2 c. flour
- pinch of salt
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg
- milk (add to clam juice to equal 1 c. liquid)
Directions

1Sift flour in big bowl.

2Beat egg and add to flour.

3Add salt and baking powder.

4Add strained clams (save clam juice).

5Add milk to clam juice to equal 1 cup of liquid.

6Mix liquid in with dry ingredients.

7Add milk as needed until it's a little thicker than pancake batter.

8Shape into small cakes.

9Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
