  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 lb. butter, softened
  • 1 can minced clams, drained
  • grated onion and juice to taste
  • dash of salt
  • 50 small bread rounds

Directions

    Blend cheese and butter with fork.

    Add clams, onions and salt.

    Toast bread on one side.

    Spread mixture on untoasted side. Put in oven at 325°.

    Serve when hot and bubbly.
