- 1 onion, minced
- 3 strips bacon, cut up
- 3 celery stalks, chopped
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 1 potato, cubed
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- thyme to taste
Directions

1Fry bacon, add onion.
