  • 3 bottles clam juice
  • 3 cans minced clams
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 3 strips bacon, cut up
  • 3 celery stalks, chopped
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 1 potato, cubed
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • thyme to taste

Directions

    Fry bacon, add onion.
